I just launched a podcast… Pivot2First. One of the best parts of working on my startup PivotCX has been getting to work with the best minds in recruiting and people strategy, and the podcast was created to share insight with C level executives and business owners.
The format is a 30 minute Q&A covering how to turn people strategy into a competitive advantage. Our audience is mostly c-level executives, and the discussion is always interesting, especially if you are looking to improve your company’s recruiting game.
